- Marketing Communications: If you opt out of marketing communications, you will no longer receive promotional messages, but you may still receive important transactional or informational messages related to services you’ve specifically requested (such as quote confirmations or account updates).
- All Communications: If you wish to opt out of all communications including transactional messages, please clearly state “opt out of all communications” in your request.

- Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out and Help Instructions
To Cancel (Opt-Out): You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to any message from us. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation SMS message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Binding Arbitration (Except California Residents)

- Costs: Bexley Life & Health will pay all arbitration fees unless your claim is determined to be frivolous
- Discovery: Discovery will be permitted to the extent allowed by the arbitration provider’s rules
- Award: The arbitrator’s award will be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction

- Claims for injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights
- Any claim related to, or arising from, allegations of theft, piracy, or unauthorized use
California Residents – Right to Court
If you are a California resident, you have the right to pursue any dispute in California state or federal court rather than through arbitration. However, you agree that:
- Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of when the claim arose or be forever barred
- Venue shall be in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, or the county where you reside
- You waive any objection to venue or claims that the action has been brought in an inconvenient forum (to the extent permitted by California law)
Class Action Waiver
Important: You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding, whether in arbitration or court, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class action, representative action, or consolidated proceeding. You expressly waive your right to:
- Participate in class action lawsuits against Bexley Life & Health
- Serve as a class representative or class member in any class action
- Consolidate claims with claims of other individuals
California Residents Exception: If you are a California resident, class action waivers are unenforceable to the extent prohibited by California law. California residents retain all rights under California’s consumer protection statutes, including the right to participate in class actions where permitted by law.
Limitation on Time to Bring Claims

For All Other Users: You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida for resolution of any disputes. You agree that:
- You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in these courts
- You waive any objection to the venue of such courts or claim that such courts are an inconvenient forum
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be:
- Modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving its intent
- If modification is not possible, severed from these Terms
The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision or its severance.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bexley Life & Health regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous:
